  1. In person reports – a person with any concern may walk to the Manager’s office and the concern captured.
  2. Community Concerns can also be reported physically at the Municipal Managers office
  3. Concerns can also be submitted by calling or sending an SMS on the official line shown in the website contact information (0740 436037).
  4. Grievances can also be submitted via the municipality official email (info@embumunicipality.go.ke)
  5. The website has a contact us form where any query or grievance can be submitted for action by the Municipality.
