Dorcas holds CPA 2 from KASNEB. She has been an accountant for over 20 years and 14 years as an internal auditor with County Government of Embu.
Dennis Munene Ndwiga
Finance and Administration Division
Dennis holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Finance from Kirinyaga University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over 6 years experience in banking. Dennis has developed strong expertise in Fiancial operations and Management.
Eng. Isaac Wachira Mwai
Physical Planning, Survey and Infrastructure Development Division
Eng. Isaac holds a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Nairobi. He is a registered professional engineer with the Engineers Board of Kenya (EBK) and a corporate member of the Institution of Engineers of Kenya (IEK). He a wealth of experience in Civil and Structural Engineering with over Eight years of experience.
Benson M. Nyaga
Environment, Public Health, Water and Sanitation Division
Benson Nyaga holds a Bachelors Degree in Environmental Studies for Karatina University. He is registered with National Environment Management Authority (NEMA) and a registered a member of the Environment Institute of Kenya (EIK). He has over Seven years of experience as an Environmental Impact Assessment expert and an environmental auditor.

Hellen holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Health from Kenyatta University and a Diploma in Environmental Science from Mombasa Polytechnic University College. She is a registered and a Licenced Public Health Officer with Public Health Officers and Technician Council (PHOTC). She had served with the environment department for 1 year. She has a vast knowledge of health, social, community, and environmental issues with over Fifteen years of experience.
